At a news conference, Sheriff Ken Mascara said the investigation started after the killing of 21-year-old Johnnethia Robinson last year. Nancy Pagoada Rodriguez, 37, of Fort Pierce, was arrested on May 18 on a St. Lucie County felony arrest warrant.
